Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser is the new Star Wars-themed resort hotel being built in Walt Disney World® Resort. Guests will stay at this resort for two days and two nights, their stay being interwoven with each guest’s individual Star Wars story.
Disney has officially announced that the resort is scheduled to open in 2021, with reservations able to be made later this year.
After arriving at a cruise-like terminal, guests will enter into a launch pod, where they will watch as it docks into the Halcyon, the ship that serves as the resort’s setting. Guests will have an opportunity to participate in unique activities such as exploring the atrium, training with lightsabers and touring the ship’s bridge.
