There are many wonderful places to wind down the evening at Walt Disney World® Resort, from lounges, to miniature golf, to bowling, there are countless opportunities to gather after a day in the parks. In the heart of Disney evening fun, Disney Springs, are situated almost too many good restaurants to sort through.
Almost.
Chef Art Smith's Homecomin'
This southern delight has long been atop our must-try list, and it's hard to see ourselves banging another drum anytime soon. Florida-fresh ingredients elevate classic southern food to something special and memorable. Colossal portions, incredible desserts, and shareable appetizers make this one of our favorite restaurants in all of Orlando.
The Boathouse
The Chicago-based owners are known for steakhouses, but should be as known for seafood after the consistent success of their Disney Springs dine-in affair. The top-shelf oyster selection provides an experience unlike that anywhere else on Disney property, and the rest of the meat- and seafood-based menu matches it in quality. The atmosphere is as fun as any in Disney Springs, and waterside views are perfect for accentuating a finger evening.
The Polite Pig
There are a lot of phenomenal table service experiences in Disney Springs, but the Polite Pig offers barbecue at a reasonable price point and stunning speed that make this the definitive quick service spot in the area. Seasonal items add to must-have brisket, chicken, sandwiches and sides to turn something quick into something decadent. If it helps our case, its owned by the same restauranteurs as Orlando's Ravenous Pig, honorees of Michelin's Bib Gourmand.
