Our favorite eats at Walt Disney World Resort hotels

Updated: May 20

Quality dining options are more abundant than ever at Walt Disney World® Resort, and the resort hotels are host to some of our favorites. From quick service, walk-up restaurants to fine dining at table service locations, the excellence present at the resort hotels is unbeatable.

California Grill

The quintessential Disney dining experience, elevated dinner with an elevated view of Magic Kingdom® Park and its exclusive fireworks viewing deck is truly representative of what Walt Disney World Resort dining has to offer. Taking the idea of transforming a meal into an experience seriously, California Grill combines great food with unparalleled atmosphere.

Sanaa

All of the table service restaurants at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge could make a case for mention on this list, but the sharable dining at Sanaa has made it one of our favorite Walt Disney World Resort experiences time and time again. Its famous bread service, complete with five naan-style breads and nine accompaniments, kick off a phenomenal dining experience of Indian-inspired African cuisine for something that is consistently unique and flavorful.

Geyser Point

Our favorite casual dining location in all of Walt Disney World Resort (though Polite Pig and Satu'li Canteen always deserve a nod), Geyser Point at Disney's Wilderness Lodge brings bold flavors to one of the most beautiful settings of any Disney restaurant.

It also helps its case that Geyser Point has the best hamburger in the Orlando area, too.

Citricos

Though Citricos doesn't quite match the fine-dining bravado of Victoria & Albert's, it stands as one of Disney's most accessible options for those who want an introduction to a finer style of dining. Set in one of Disney's most beautiful resorts, the menu at Citricos matches that elegance in its menu.

Topolino's Terrace

If there's one place to go to breakfast or character dining at Walt Disney World Resort, it would be Riviera Resort's rooftop restaurant. Its breakfast menu matches the standard set by the rest of our resort dining favorites, except this meal comes with characters and a stellar view.

Toledo

Speaking of outstanding views, few get better than the panoramic one offered on the balcony of Gran Destino Tower's rooftop restaurant. One of the finer experiences on this list, Toledo brings fantastic food and must-try tapas to the most beautiful restaurant Disney has ever built.

Ohana

It's impossible to mention dining at Disney resort hotels without someone bringing up the all-you-care-to-enjoy Hawaiin mega feast present at Ohana. From its iconic noodles and bread pudding to its slew of proteins grilled over open flame, Ohana is a must-do for most families, and it is a must-do for us, too.
