Construction continues at Universal Orlando Resort as two fan-favorite coasters see changes to their refurbishment status.
Revenge of the Mummy
Under construction for much of this year, the indoor, dark roller coaster has seen queue barriers appear outside the attraction. Universal has yet to give an official opening date for the ride, but all signs point to it opening soon.
The nature of announcements and refurbishments mean it could open any day, and guests traveling later this year can be optimistic about riding one of Universal Studios Florida's most beloved thrill rides.
Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit
Scheduled to be closed from Aug. 21-Aug. 25, 2022, this five-day construction will see the Universal Studios Florida roller coaster undergo what is likely standard refurbishment.
