Universal's Mardi Gras celebration, running from Feb. 5-April 24, 2022, has 12 different food and drink kiosks—primarily themed to locations around the world—that provide guests with a robust and exciting dining tour.

The event's central hub hosts four food kiosks themed around the Mardi Gras classic: New Orleans. Dining options include:
Crawfish & Shrimp Boil: Mixed bag of crawfish, shrimp, andouille sausage, red bliss potatoes, corn on the cob
